Returns

 

  • You can request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To start a return, please contact us at info@vivelyhome.com with your order number and product photos.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

 

Please note: As we work with international suppliers (dropshipping), the customer may need to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 3–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
